Regis Prograis proved no match for the slick skills of Devin Haney during their clash on Saturday night.

The pair battled it out for the WBC super-lightweight world title, but Haney was on top throughout, proving himself to be the superior boxer.

As soon as Haney got into a rhythm, he looked untouchable, even putting his opponent down in round three.

And the punch stats show just how dominant Haney was, as he out-landed his opponent in every round of the fight to win by a complete shutout and become a two-weight world champion at just 25-years-old.

Meanwhile, Prograis only managed to land 36 punches over the twelve rounds, including five jabs.

This breaks the record for the lowest number of punches landed over a twelve round fight ever recorded by CompuBox.

And this comes just under a month after the record was previously broken by Edwin De Los Santos, who managed just 40 punches in his fight against Shakur Stevenson.

With that being said, the bout between Stevenson and De Los Santos did not make for great viewing, whereas everyone who watched Haney beat Prograis were mesmerised by his performance.

Stevenson couldn't help but tweet: "Fair play," after the contest.

And even Prograis himself was willing to admit that Haney was better than he had expected, saying: "That motherf***er's good, he's better than I thought he was.
